Yes I know it's Rachel and therefore biased, so take it with a grain of salt. However if you have any facts that disprove what she's saying then I'd like to know. Seriously I do, because I don't want to believe that the GOP has sunk this low.

Otherwise she's managed to demonstrate both class warfare AND tyranny all in one douchebag, err governor.

biased

I'm not sure what that means in this context.

One odd thought: this is weirdly reminiscent of No Child Left Behind, which creates standards which are effectively impossible for schools to meet, eventually leading to dramatic interventions.
the school must be restructured; this means either that it is turned into a charter school; all or most of the staff is replaced; a private company is hired to manage the school; or the state takes over the management of the school
I'm not sure that the comparison really teaches us anything, but it did jump out at me as I was watching the clip.

I'm not sure what that means in this context.

It means her ideology trumps her accuracy.

Do you have examples of her presenting false or misleading information?

Just in the last month, there's this and her misleading (http://politifact.com/wisconsin/statements/2011/feb/18/rachel-maddow/rachel-maddow-says-wisconsin-track-have-budget-sur/) regarding Wisconsin (http://politifact.com/truth-o-meter/article/2011/feb/25/responding-rachel-maddow/). Her dishonesty on the EFCA (http://laborpains.org/2009/03/10/rachel-maddow-should-take-her-own-advice-and-read-the-bill/) has been detailed here before, and that's just off the top of my head.

I can see how that quote looks deceptive, taken out of context. But I happened to see that episode, and I recognized the quote; the point was not that Walker's tax cuts caused the shortfall, as Factcheck.org claims Maddow suggests, but rather that the budget shortfall was not driving Walker's policy in the conflict with the unions.

A quick search for more context led me to the show's blog, which explains (http://maddowblog.msnbc.msn.com/_news/2011/02/24/6126053-trms-correspondence-with-politifact) exactly what I remembered, in response to a Politifact piece on the same quote:
The point of that whole introduction to the show is that the budget isn't the real issue. That's why Maddow says, “What’s happening in Wisconsin right now is not about a budget.” The point of the segment is not to correct the governor's math because it's not about the budget. She's not trying to find blame for the budget shortfall because –- again -- it's not about the budget. Maddow’s argument is that one way we know it's not about the budget is that the governor was willing to give away roughly the same amount as this year's possible shortfall.

i admit to not having seen that episode. i can't watch maddow any more than i can watch any political commentator with a strong bias to one side or the other.

I linked you to Politifact's response to that as well, which you tellingly avoided up to this point. Maddow's belief that it's not about the budget does not hold water, either, for what it's worth - it doesn't take a rocket scientist or a television pundit to see how collective bargaining creates bad contracts and unsustainable spending for municipalities.

Note to self: I apparently have to quit my job to fight on the internet full time in order to get a timely enough answer for some people. Sheesh.

Given that there are only 3 or 4 frequent posters who are anywhere to the right of center in here it may as well be.

If I could figure out a way to get paid for it (as much as my real job pays) then I'd do it.
