Do we have a specific policy on deleting comments and freezing replies? There really isn't much of one in the rules and I just want a clarification.

I just want to make sure that, yes, there are indeed ground rules concerning this type of behavior, or no, there isn't and we don't care.

What do you think is a more serious offence: stealing a pepper shaker from McDonald's or Holocaust denial?

As this community grows, I'd like for us to share some of our sources of information. I think this will give us a better understanding of where we're coming from and allow us to be critical of our own arguments.

That being said, I'd like to direct those of us interested in foreign policy to this blog run by my old college Foreign Policy Prof. Donald M. Snow.

Donald has written several books is a self-described Kennedy Democrat; but he's also a foreign policy realist:

"I am a basically liberal academic, but I have also worked, interacted, and taught military leaders at the country’s three service war colleges."

One of the things I like about his blog is that he makes foreign policy easy to understand for a reasonably educated person. I think he's worth a read every so often as things develop around the world. Would welcome all of your suggested reading so I can better understand your positions. (Note: I'm not going to pay attention to authors who don't have some serious credentials, like Donald.)
