Having begun the Up With the Star version of the Great War (need to work through it all the way to see what happens after, as it may or may not lead to a second, large-scale general war later on) with the UK, Germany, and a larger Ottoman Empire confronting France, Russia, and Austria.

I had a bit of a historical in-joke where at the Battle of Rosenheim in April 1916 (the war comes later due to the ATL's different politics, obviously if the Ottomans are still ruling Bosnia-Herzegovina, no Austrian Archduke would be paying a visit to a restive province to be killed there) a Pan-German nationalist named Adolf Hitler who defected to Munich to avoid the Austrian Army becomes a key player in one of the first German victories against the Austrians in the ATL Great War, as the historical Hitler was no fan of the Habsburgs......
