Yet another stunning example of Trump's outrageous corruption. November could not come soon enough.
Trump asked China’s Xi to help him win reelection, according to Bolton book
"President Trump asked Chinese President Xi Jinping to help him win the 2020 U.S. election, telling Xi during a summit dinner last year that increased agricultural purchases by Beijing from American farmers would aid his electoral prospects, according to a damning new account of life inside the Trump administration by former national security adviser John Bolton."
I don’t know whether that's true, but it does fit the dismal pattern.
Trump publicly hinted that the Chinese had Biden dirt last summer.
I think it was obvious to the Chinese, as it was to the Ukrainians that Trump could have cared less about either foreign policy or facts, and would have been just as happy if they had invented some. Trump invents his own "facts", so why wouldn't they?
And Kiev, Beijing, and just about every other capital knows better than to believe or trust Trump, or play his game.
Which doesn't mean they wouldn't attempt to get him re-elected, of course.

Without iron-clad proofs, we would be wise to treat his book as the angry mutterings of a spurned lover, nothing more.
