Question I heard today....If Utah doesn't recognize polygamist marriage, then the guy isn't legally married, therefore cannot be prosecuted for having multiple wives.

The example was Hugh Hefner living with 7 women at one time (altho I think he's down to 3, I mean the guy is over 80).
