Ladies and gentlemen, behold what real constriction of the rights of the Press looks like. However much Bush may have wanted to do this, he didn't do anything of this sort. Now, can the conspiracy theorists and windbags that promised the Bush Dictatorship every year since 2003 say "Oops, we fucked that one up?"

*crickets chirp*

And one more little nyah-nyah to the Left:

This is about the ongoing Iranian Presidential election. Newsflash (this for the Right, also): Religious fuckwittery is no more popular in the Islamic Republic than it is in the US. Ahmadinejad is extremely unpopular, about as much as Bush was. Now, can I hear a "Sorry, we lied" about the inevitable war with Iran that was to come in 2004, no 2005, no, wait...2006....um, I think it was 2007, and it was by Jove going to happen in 2008 so the Christocrats wouldn't have the black man in office because the American masses are too racist for that.

Can I hear a "I'm sorry" from Leftist fear-mongers that talked about Bush shutting down the media entirely and promised a suicide pact that would see an Iran war inevitable over four straight years of zilch?

The bill would levy a 90 percent tax on bonuses paid to employees with family incomes above $250,000 at companies that have received at least $5 billion in government bailout money.

"We figured that the local and state governments would take care of the other 10 percent," said Rangel.

Some say this may be unconstitutional. Someone do my homework for me and show me how this violates the
Does this mean that all politicians who received money will also have to give their money?

Do you think we'll be given the five promised days to review the bill before it is signed?

Do you think it will be signed or is it a smoke screen so we don't focus on the real scandal, that AIG gave away billions to foreign banks.

I cannot believe Laura Ingraham's attitude about the Meagan McCain fat joke she told on the air.

First of all I can't believe she told it at all. Laura Ingraham, though a little extreme, has always had some respect from me because of her feminist nature and her encouragement of women to be more than just pretty faces or house slaves. In my experience over the years I've observed that independence and strong will have not been strong attributes of a lot of conservative women. Though it seems to be more common these days, shedding female stereotypes is still something a lot of Republican ladies have trouble doing. Her book, The Hillary Trap, talks about how too many modern feminists are victims of, rather than equal contributors to, society because of their dependence on government to intervene any time there's a problem instead of fighting their own fight (this is my conclusion from reading her book, not necessarily my own views.)

I neither agree nor disagree with everything she has to say, but she has always stood out to me as a leader of strong women (unlike that psychopathic lunatic Anne Coulter.) She often stands against injustice in the workplace & exploitation of women. Just the other day she had a big rant on her radio show against a young girls' beauty pageant and talked about how things like that send the wrong message to young girls.

For these reasons and more I'm shocked that she told the fat joke on her show, but even more unbelievable is she refused to apologize for it on The Factor last night and defended her comments by saying she was just kidding around and that radio hosts have a lot of air time to fill and the things they say can always be taken out of context and that this was another part of the left wing conspiracy to make all conservative talk show hosts look bad. Well, Laura, I was listening and I did not take it out of context and I can tell you that what was said was rude and demeaning not only to Meagan McCain, but should be to all women and that you don't need the leftists to make you look bad on this one! Not only that, it really had nothing to do with the rest of her rant which was about McCain's lack of pundit experience. Another good question is why she was piping in at all!? She was responding to Meagan McCain's comments about Ann Coulter! To my knowledge McCain said nothing about Laura Ingraham!

Besides all that, Meagan McCain is smokin' hot! Who cares if she a little overweight, I'd date her! Maybe I could get a free house out of it from her old lady! (just a joke people, just a joke!)

For shame Laura, FOR SHAME!!
